After much deliberation, I have decided to alter my business. I plan to stop using a stocked store format, and will no longer hold a large inventory. I will keep a very few items in stock. I will still take custom orders, but they will be subject to a $$$ (to be determined) minimum order size. This will enable me to focus my talents on larger projects and help me spend more time with my family. I've reduced pricing on just about everything to help clear out some room and move the in-stock inventory. There's lots to choose from and a bargain for high-end handcrafted work.
